Ezeebnb was founded in January 2024 by Andrew Hunter MBA. Having spent several years co-hosting properties himself, Andrew saw the gap firsthand: owners needed more than a booking service — they needed a genuine partner, one equally invested in guest experience and property care. That insight became Ezeebnb: a dedicated serviced accommodation and property maintenance service built for Nottingham and the East Midlands.
Since then, we’ve built a trusted team of cleaning professionals and developed strong relationships with local contractors and hospitality businesses across the region. It’s this local network, paired with the right technology, that allows us to consistently deliver excellent stays for guests — and reliable, stress-free returns for owners.
